Information to know
Spa outfit
We ask that you come to the spa in a bathrobe, swimsuit and flip-flops reserved for the spa (if you don't have one, disposable flip flops are on sale at the spa reception). As a reminder, swim shorts for men are excluded (only specific swimsuits for swimming pools are accepted: boxers or lycra swimsuit).
Punctuality
We ask you to present yourself at the Spa reception 10 min before the treatment (a shower is obligatory in the well-being space before any treatment). In the event of a delay, the treatment will be shortened. Any unreported delay may result in the cancellation of the treatment and will be charged at 100% of its value.
Rules
Payments by credit card and cash are accepted. We accept payments by ANCV checks up to €150.
Cancellation
Any cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in invoicing for the service (these mentions are subject to the hotel's general conditions of sale).
We perform massages for future mothers, from the fourth month of pregnancy only upon presentation of a medical certificate of fitness. We thank you for informing us of any health conditions (under treatment, allergies, asthma, etc.) when making an appointment. Customers under medical treatment may present with a pathology for which a spa session may be contraindicated (a medical certificate of feasibility of the treatment will be requested Without this agreement from the doctor, we will be forced to cancel the treatment.
Children & Adolescents
Our massages can be offered to children and adolescents. We require a handwritten medical release signed by parents for massages of minor clients.
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult to access the pool area. The wellness area (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam) is a place of tranquility and relaxation, also, the time slots reserved for children between 0 and 16 years old are as follows: from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., from 12:45 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. and from 7 p.m.
Personal effects
We decline all responsibility in the event of theft within the Spa.
Rule of life in the Spa space
Showering is obligatory before and after using each facility in the wellness area: swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam. It is forbidden to dive into the swimming pool.
The fitness room is accessible while respecting the wearing of clothing and shoes suitable for sport. The minimum age required to use the fitness equipment is 16 years.
Any failure to comply with these points will result in the intervention of a member of the team.
